A men's workout from More Life built around hard work, connection, and starting the day with intention.

💪 The Workout — A circuit-style session designed for every level. Expect strength, conditioning, and running. No need to be the fittest guy there. Just show up ready to work with a positive attitude!

🎯 The Intention — We'll take a few minutes to set an intention for the day before we start. Something you're working toward, something you want to bring more of or shed, or simply how you want to show up better in your life.

🤝 The Brotherhood — Fitness is the connection point, but it's much deeper than that. It's a group of men pushing each other, reminding each other what they are made for, and taking action to own your life.

Who it's for: Every man. If you're willing to show up and be present, you belong.

What to bring: Hydration.

Move. Connect. Choose More Life.
