Monday Rundays @ Fleet Feet WA

Start your week on the right foot with Monday Runday!

Every Monday at 6:30 PM, runners and walkers gather at all four Fleet Feet Charleston locations—Mt. Pleasant, Summerville, Carnes Crossroads, and West Ashley—for a fun, free community run.

Whether you're training for your next race, looking to stay active, or simply up for meeting new friends, Monday Runday offers a welcoming and supportive environment for all faces and paces.

We always have a 3-mile route ready to go. Come enjoy the encouragement, camaraderie, and community that make Monday Runday a Charleston tradition.

Show up, lace up, and run with us!

(While we love our pups, please leave your furry friends at home for this one.)
