Kick off your Saturday with Nameless Run Club for a high-energy **beach run + cold plunge social** at **The Grill at The Grove**. We’ll start with community vibes, light stretching, and announcements before heading out for a **choose-your-distance run (2, 3, or 5 miles)** along the beach.

After the run, stick around for **competitions, cold plunges, vendors, food, DJs, and a laid-back social hang**. This is about movement, connection, and resetting your mind and body—no pace pressure, all levels welcome.

* 10:00 AM — Beach run (2 / 3 / 5 miles)
* 11:00 AM — Competitions
* 11:30 AM — Cold plunges, vendors, food, DJs & social

Nameless Run Club Event Waiver & Release of Liability

By registering for and/or participating in any Nameless Run Club event, including but not limited to running activities, cold plunges, competitions, social gatherings, and related activities (the “Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in physical activities such as running, exercising, cold exposure (including cold plunges), and social events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, falls, collisions, weather-related hazards, water-related risks, dehydration, overexertion, cardiac events, injury, illness, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.

Medical Clearance

I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the Event and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation. I acknowledge that I am participating at my own risk and that I am responsible for monitoring my own health and physical condition during the Event.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the following parties:

Nameless Run Club, its founders, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, ambassadors, and affiliates

The Grill at The Grove, including its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates

Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, the State of Florida, Florida State Parks, and their officers, employees, and agents

from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including those caused by negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from any claims, actions, damages, or costs (including attorney’s fees) arising from my participation in the Event or my actions during the Event.

Property & Personal Responsibility

I understand that I am responsible for my own personal belongings and that the released parties are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Rules & Conduct

I agree to follow all Event rules, venue rules, park regulations, and instructions given by Event staff. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the Event without refund or liability.

Media Release

I grant permission to Nameless Run Club to use photographs, videos, or recordings of me taken during the Event for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.

Alcohol & Substances

If alcohol is present, I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and I assume full responsibility for my actions. I understand that alcohol consumption combined with physical activity carries additional risks.

Severability

If any portion of this waiver is held invalid, the remaining portions shall continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law

This waiver shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Acknowledgment

I have read this waiver carefully, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by it. I understand that by registering or participating, I am waiving certain legal rights.
