Fiesta Flow Morning Party — Liability Waiver & Release

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Fiesta Flow Morning Party hosted at Zipitios Restaurant, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation in this event is entirely voluntary. I assume all risks associated with attending and participating in the Fiesta Flow Morning Party, including—but not limited to—dancing, physical activity, consumption of food and beverages, and interaction with other guests.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Fiesta Flow, Zipitios Restaurant, event sponsors, vendors, partners, and staff from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, injuries (including illness, death, or property damage), or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to the Event.

3. Assumption of Risk

I understand that dancing and social events may involve physical activity, and I affirm that I am in good physical condition and able to participate. I accept full responsibility for any physical, mental, or emotional injury I may experience as a result of participating in the Event.

4. Food & Beverage Disclaimer

I acknowledge that food and beverages may be served by Zipitios and/or event partners. I am solely responsible for managing my dietary restrictions and allergies. I release all parties from liability related to any reactions, illness, or discomfort resulting from consumption.

5. COVID-19 & Communicable Disease Notice

I understand that attendance at a public event may increase the risk of exposure to communicable diseases such as COVID-19. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree not to hold Fiesta Flow, Zipitios, or any associated entity responsible for any related illness or consequences.

6. Media Release

I grant Fiesta Flow and its partners the right to capture and use photos, videos, and audio recordings of the Event, including my likeness, for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

7. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all released parties from any claims or costs (including legal fees) arising from my conduct or failure to follow event rules or staff instructions.

By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, I certify that I am 18 years of age or older, or that I am the legal guardian of a minor attendee. I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
