Start your Sunday with intention in one of Scottsdale’s most beautiful settings. Join us for a rejuvenating morning yoga session surrounded by palm trees, a glowing pool, and mountain views at sunrise.

We will be joined by guest instructors Ali & Miller and also Concrete Pilates 

Miller is a certified Mat Pilates instructor embracing a contemporary style inspired by the original repertoire. As a former dancer, she brings a strong emphasis on precision, control, and body awareness to every sequence she creates. Most often teaching in a heated room with the lights low and music blasting, her classes are high-energy and challenging, yet feature slow, intentional movement, adhering to the core principles of the method.

Ali Reyna specializes in Vinyasa Flow yoga. Certified through an immersive yoga training in Bali, Indonesia, she incorporates Eastern values in a way that is easy to digest and fits within our busy Western lives. Each practice is created with an intention to help you leave feeling better, more balanced, and more connected to yourself than when you arrived. With an extensive background in mindset and business coaching, Ali brings an uplifting and motivating style that often trickles into areas of life beyond just the physical practice.
