Hey Mamas! Join us for a special 30-minute Mommy & Me class. Arrive around 10:50 to grab a matcha, settle your little one, and get comfy. **Class starts promptly at 11:10**.  Let’s move, bond, and enjoy


**What to bring:**

Yoga mat
Baby carrier&#x20;
Water
A blanket or mat for baby
Toys or anything to keep baby comfortable
Optional: ankle weights for an added challenge

**PARKING**
Street parking is available for all class attendees in addition to spots behind the building . Please allow a few extra minutes to park and walk over so we can begin on time.

MOTHER PILATES LLC – LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

By participating in this class, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in Pilates and fitness classes, including mommy-and-me classes, involves physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, strain, or medical complications. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I understand that I am responsible for listening to my body and modifying movements as needed.

I acknowledge that this class may be pregnancy and/or postpartum-focused. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my physician regarding my readiness for physical activity, especially if I am pregnant, recently postpartum, or recovering from any medical condition.

I understand that I may bring my child/children to class and that MOTHER PILATES LLC may provide a child-friendly environment and/or informal supervision. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my child’s safety, well-being, and supervision at all times. I understand that participation with or around children carries additional risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, or other injuries.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this class for both myself and my child/children.

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge MOTHER PILATES LLC, its owner, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including personal injury or death, that may be sustained by me or my child/children during or in connection with participation in this class.

I understand that this release applies to any claims based on negligence, action, or inaction of any of the above parties.

I consent to receive instruction and acknowledge that I may stop participation at any time.
