WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY + FINAL SALE POLICY

By participating in Sip & Stretch Pilates classes, events, and/or bodywork sessions, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that Pilates, stretching, and bodywork involve physical movement. I choose to participate at my own pace and will listen to my body throughout the experience, taking full responsibility for my comfort and well-being during the session.


1. Health Acknowledgment

I certify that I am physically able to participate in these activities. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participation if I have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns. I will inform the instructor of any limitations before the session begins.

2. Bodywork Consent

I understand that bodywork, including assisted stretching or physical adjustments, may be offered during sessions. I consent to such contact and understand that I may decline or request modifications at any time.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Sip & Stretch Pilates, its owner, instructors, staff, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation.

4. Personal Responsibility

I agree to listen to my body, participate at my own pace, and immediately stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort.

5. Photo & Media Release

I grant permission for Sip & Stretch Pilates to capture photos and videos during events and to use them for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.

6. FINAL SALE POLICY

All purchases, including but not limited to event tickets, classes, vendor fees, and services, are FINAL SALE.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
In certain cases, a credit may be offered at the sole discretion of Sip & Stretch Pilates for a future event.
