the the Event Location. By providing your personal data and attending the event organized by ANJU YOGA and
the Event Location you agree to the following:
Collection of Personal Data: We will collect and use the following data: Full name, date of birth, and email.
Use of Personal Data: We collect and use your personal data for these purposes:
• To address your public feedback about us.
• To send you important communication regarding the event
• To send you offers via email.
• To send you marketing emails and communications.
Disclosure to Third Parties: ANJU YOGA may only share your data with third parties when transferring rights and
obligations pertaining to the contractual relationship between you and ANJU YOGA to such third parties.
Withdrawal of Permission: Your permission for the sending of marketing emails can be given and withdrawn by you at
any time with future effect. Withdrawal of permission will not affect the lawfulness of the collection and use carried out
prior to the withdrawal of permission.
Assumption of Risk: by signing this document, I confirm that my choice to participate in the activity is knowing,
voluntary, and made for my personal enjoyment. To my knowledge, there are no health-related reasons or problems
that would preclude my participation in this activity, and I assume individual responsibility for my actions, deeds and
decisions that may involve risk to my physical and mental integrity. I understand that the practice of the activity may
involve inherent risks and dangers, personal and bodily injury, and personal and economic losses. These may result not
only from my own actions, inactions, or negligence, but also from the actions, inactions, or negligence of others, or the
condition of the facilities and equipment used. Further, there may be other risks not known to me or reasonably
foreseeable at this time. I understand, and I have considered the risks involved, and I voluntarily and freely choose to
assume these risks.
Release From Liability: by signing this document, I fully and forever release and discharge trainers, the staff of the Event Location, Anne Julia Hagen and their contractors from any and all injury, losses, damages, claims (including
negligence claims), expenses, and any other liability of any kind, of or to me, my property, or any other person, directly
or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the activity, even if they are due to the ordinary
negligence, omission, or other fault on the part of the aforementioned persons.
Covenants: I will follow any and all instructions, recommendations, and cautions of the trainers at all times during the
activity. I will perform the activity in a safe manner, respecting my personal physical limits. I will not participate in the
activity under the influence of any alcohol or illegal drugs, or any intoxicant, narcotic, prescription medicine, or other
substance which could impair my ability to safely engage in the activities.
Transfer of image rights: by means of this document, I authorize the use by ANJU YOGA by Anne Julia Hagen and The
Event Location of the image rights on photographs and videos, as well as the right of reproduction, public
communication, transformation, distribution and its use in social media platforms and corporate websites, without
further compensation or permission.
By providing your personal data and attending the event mentioned above, you acknowledge that you have read and
understood the terms outlined in this document.

All Attendees must agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wilhelmina International Inc., Anne Julia Hagen, and Shapellx US Inc. from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Mother's Day yoga event on May 10, 2025. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injuries, property damage, product distribution, and any negligence by Client/Organizer or its representatives.
Attendees also grant permission for their image, voice, and likeness to be captured in photo or video at the event and used in perpetuity by Wilhelmina International Inc., Anne Julia Hagen, and Shapellx US Inc. for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation.  All attendees participate at their own risk and must sign a waiver releasing Wilhelmina International Inc., Anne Julia Hagen, and Shapellx US Inc. from liability.
