**MOVE & GLOW ✨**
Pilates • Intention • Beauty • Community

Join **Move with Faby x Venue Salon** for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and connection at Venue Salon in Lakeland.

Begin with a **45-minute mat Pilates class led by Fabiana Vieira**, designed to help you move, strengthen, and reconnect with your body. Following class, we’ll slow things down with an **intention-setting walk through Venue Salon’s meditation garden**, surrounded by their beautiful Florida-Friendly Pollinator Garden.

Afterward, stay, connect, and enjoy a **complimentary Churro Latte or Aveda Comfort Tea** while learning more about the beauty, hair, and wellness services Venue Salon has to offer.

Come move, glow, and enjoy a morning created to help you feel good from the inside out. 🤍

**Please bring:**

• Water
