Join us on **Saturday, September 19 at 8:30 AM** for a morning of movement, music, community, and brunch at **PopStroke** in Hamlin!



**Move to the Beat HIIT** is a high-energy, rhythm-based HIIT strength workout where every movement is intentionally paired to the beat of a curated playlist. This is **not a dance class** — expect a full-body workout combining strength, cardio, and functional movement designed to challenge you while still allowing you to move at your own pace.

The workout will be led by **local lululemon ambassador and Wear the Damn Shorts founder, Carolina Cardenas**, bringing the energy, music, and community that Move to the Beat is known for.



After class, stick around to cool down, connect, and mingle with the community before brunch begins at **10:00 AM**.
