It’s about time Columbia had a cool running event! With spring in full swing, let’s bring together good people and great food.

D17 is teaming up with [Mahana Fresh](https://www.mahanafresh.com/locations/Columbia) to get you moving and refuel your body. We’ll kick things off at the Mahana Fresh location on Broken Land Parkway and enjoy a scenic route around Lake Elkhorn. Choose your pace with a walking group, 2-mile group, or 5k group—there’s something for every level. Positive vibes only!

Afterward, we’ll head back to the store, where participants can enjoy 20% off their order to recharge. Build your own bowl with healthy, chef-inspired, gluten-friendly ingredients that you can feel good about. (Our personal favorite? The Teriyaki Tiki Bowl!)

Check-in will begin at 11:30 AM, we will start moving at 12 PM.

I hereby agree to the following terms:

	1.	Assumption of Risk – I voluntarily participate in this event and assume all risks associated with running, including injury, illness, and property damage.

	2.	Release of Liability – I release and discharge D17, event organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

	3.	Medical Treatment – I authorize event personnel to provide first aid and, if necessary, seek medical treatment for me in case of an emergency. I assume responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.

	4.	Fitness to Participate – I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating in this event. I have consulted a physician if necessary and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation.

	5.	Photo & Media Release – I grant D17 and event sponsors permission to use my name, likeness, photographs, or video recordings from the event for promotional purposes.

	6.	Compliance with Rules – I agree to follow all event rules and instructions provided by organizers and volunteers, and I understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the event.
