Get ready for race week with a curated 5K shakeout run in Venice, hosted by Movember and Likeminded Studios. This isn’t just a warm-up, it’s a chance to move, recover, and connect with a tight-knit community of LA runners.
What to expect:
🏃♂️ 5K shakeout, all paces welcome
🧊 Cold plunge + sauna ($25 for a day pass)
☕ Coffee, light bites, and community vibes
🤝 Brand activations (LMNT, Protein Pretzels, Built Protein Bars, Liquid Death, VitaHustle and more!)
