## Be You Disco 🌅

**Singer Island Beach • May 9 • 7 PM**

A guided silent disco experience for beautiful humans craving more joy, more connection, and something REAL.

This is not a party you watch.

It’s an experience you participate in. 🎧💃

Think of it as emotional fitness disguised as a really good night out.

Music. Movement. Presence. Real human connection.

## **What Happens ✨**

We begin by arriving slowly.

You land.
Breathe.
Shake off the day.

Then headphones on… and everything changes. 🎧

**You’ll be guided through:**

🧘 grounding meditation + intention setting
💃 movement journey led by Carolina Panoff
🎶 music that builds from soft to wild
🤝 open dance + natural connection time
🌕 closing integration so you leave lighter than you came

## No pressure here.

No choreography.
No awkwardness.
No performing.

Just permission to move honestly, feel fully, and be yourself.

## **People often leave feeling:**

lighter
clearer
more open
more connected
more ALIVE
