9:00–10:00 AM | PILATES FUSION

Turn up the energy with a full-body workout that blends mat Pilates, Barre, and Sculpt for the ultimate burn. Using dynamic movements and light resistance, you’ll elevate your heart rate while challenging your core, building strength, and improving mobility. Expect an upbeat, high-energy class designed to make you sweat, sculpt from head to toe, and leave you feeling strong, powerful, and energized.

10:00–11:00 AM | PILATES FLOW

This energizing class blends traditional mat Pilates with the fluidity and mindfulness of yoga for a full-body practice that strengthens, lengthens, and restores. Using light weights and props, you’ll move through seamless, breath-connected sequences designed to deepen core strength, improve stability, and increase mobility and flexibility. Expect a dynamic yet grounding flow that leaves you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed from head to toe.
