By attending and participating in The Secret Life of Pets Movie Night at The Woods, guests acknowledge and accept that participation in venue activities, pet interactions, outdoor recreation, roller skating, pickleball, water slides, volleyball, walking paths, and all related event activities involves inherent risks.

Guests bringing pets acknowledge full responsibility for their animal’s behavior, safety, health, and supervision at all times. All pets must remain leashed, controlled, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations and veterinary records while on property. By attending, pet owners confirm their pets are properly vaccinated and healthy for public interaction.

Owners agree to immediately clean up after their pets and understand that The Woods reserves the right to require removal of any animal displaying unsafe, disruptive, or aggressive behavior.

Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation, including risks related to interactions with animals and other guests, and agree that The Woods, its owners, staff, affiliates, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, and rescue partners, including Doggie Dude Ranch, shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, theft, pet-related incident, or accident occurring during the event.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors attending the event and accept responsibility on their behalf.

By attending this event, guests also consent to photography and video footage that may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by The Woods and affiliated partners.

All guests must follow staff instructions and event safety rules at all times. The Woods reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests or pets for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.
