New to padel or looking to level up your game? Join a multi-school mix of Bay Area alums for an afternoon of padel, networking, and fun!

This event is designed for everyone—from complete beginners to seasoned racket sports players. You’ll have the chance to jump into group lessons with onsite instructors, rotate through social match play, and connect with fellow alumni in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.

**Come for the sport, stay for the social!** Don't worry, you won't be running on the court for four straight hours! We’ve designed the afternoon so you can rotate between active play and socializing. When you aren't in a clinic or a match, grab some of the provided drinks and protein snacks, hang out in the networking space, or check out the onsite ping-pong tables and gym equipment.

**Schedule & Activities (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM)**

* **Padel Clinics:** Led by instructors to teach the basics and give real-time feedback.
* **Social Open Play:** Jump into guided play and mini-games.
* **Off-Court Fun:** Ping-pong, gym access, and plenty of space to network.
* **Refreshments:** Drinks and protein snacks will be provided!

**Registration:** Each attendee will purchase their own ticket directly through the Bay Padel site ($35 per person).

1. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability
1.1 Acknowledgment of Risk

Participating in padel and pickleball activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and even death. By using Bay Padel facilities, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

1.2 Release of Liability

You agree to release, hold harmless, and discharge Bay Padel, LLC, its owners, affiliates, employees, agents, and partners ("Releasees") from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of:

Use of any court, equipment, or facilities.
Participation in matches, tournaments, clinics, lessons, or events.
Accidents, injuries, or losses caused by the negligence of Bay Padel or others.
This waiver includes claims related to facility maintenance, instruction, or supervision, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct as prohibited by law.

If the participant is a minor (under 18 years of age), their parent or legal guardian acknowledges these risks on their behalf and accepts full responsibility for their participation. The parent or legal guardian agrees to all terms of this waiver and releases Bay Padel from any liability related to the minor’s participation.

2. Publicity Consent and Rights
2.1 Use of Name, Image, and Likeness

By creating an account or participating in Bay Padel activities, you grant Bay Padel permission to use your name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes. This includes use in marketing materials, social media posts, advertisements, and other media formats directly related to Bay Padel.

2.2 Opt-Out Option

If you do not consent to publicity use, you may opt out by contacting our customer service team at support@baypadel.us.

2.3 Fair Use

Bay Padel will not sell or transfer your personal information to third parties unrelated to the operation or promotion of the club.

3. Court Booking Terms and Conditions
3.1 Reservations and Cancellations

Courts can be reserved by members and non-members.
Non-members may cancel up to 24 hours before their reservation without penalty.
Members may cancel up to 12 hours before their reservation without penalty.
3.2 Payment Terms

At least one player must pay one-quarter of the court fee at the time of booking.
The full court fee must be paid before check-in.
3.3 No-Show and Early Departure Penalties

No-shows will be charged the full court fee.
Players leaving significantly earlier than the booked time without prior notice may be charged their share of the court fee.
4. Facility Rules and Safety
4.1 Adherence to Rules

You agree to follow all safety guidelines and rules posted at Bay Padel facilities. Failure to comply may result in termination of your reservation and access privileges.

4.2 Reporting Hazards

If you observe any safety hazards, please notify a staff member immediately.

5. Legal Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
5.1 Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state where the facility is located.

5.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of this agreement must be resolved in the state or federal courts nearest to the Bay Padel facility where the incident occurred.

6.Dog Policy

Any dogs brought onto Bay Padel property must remain on a leash at all times. Owners are solely responsible for the behavior and control of their dogs and must comply with this policy to ensure the safety and comfort of all patrons. Bay Padel reserves the right to ask patrons to remove any dog that poses a safety concern or disrupts the facility environment.
7. General Terms
7.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bay Padel harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the facilities or violation of this agreement.

7.2 Modification of Terms

Bay Padel reserves the right to update this agreement at any time. Please review it periodically for changes.

7.3 Acknowledgment of Understanding

By signing this waiver or proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this document.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM SIGNING THIS WAIVER FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY AND THAT IT AFFECTS MY LEGAL RIGHTS. I INTEND THIS WAIVER TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
