**Muscle Mami Bootcamp with Jasmine Vallejo**

We're super excited to partner with Jasmine to turn up the heat at the **Muscle Mami Bootcamp**, hosted in partnership with fitness queen **Jasmine Vallejo** at the Latino-owned **San Diego Barbell**.

Get ready for a 5&#x30;**-minute full-body workout** where strength meets *Latina Baddie energy*. Jasmine will lead us through an empowering sweat session set to a reggaetón-fueled soundtrack—think high vibes, high reps, and the ultimate *LATINA BADDIE* energy.&#x20;

Whether you’re a gym ***beginner or seasoned***, this bootcamp is all about showing up for *you*—moving with intention, lifting with confidence, and building community along the way.

🎟 **What to Expect:**

* A strength-based, music-pumping workout led by Jasmine Vallejo
* Raffles and giveaways&#x20;
* A post-workout **vendor fair** to shop, mingle, and connect with fellow *Latina Baddies*

By signing this waiver, enrolling, and/or attending the Lila Society classes, events, or activities, whether online, offsite, in a The LiLA Society, or using The LiLA Society equipment (collectively, “Workouts”), you hereby acknowledge and agree, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns (collectively “you” and/or “yourself”), that:

PHYSICAL CONDITION OF PARTICIPANT

You are in good physical condition and have no disability, impairment, or ailment that would prevent you from participating in The LiLA Society Workouts or be detrimental to your health, safety, comfort, or physical condition should you participate. You acknowledge that The LiLA Society, nor any of its Trainers, Team Members, Owners, Managers, or Agents, has made claims as to medical results or suggested medical treatment to you. You acknowledge that it’s recommended you consult a Doctor prior to starting a fitness program. You understand that it is your responsibility to inform your Trainer about any pain, limitations, or conditions before, during, or after participating in Workouts, so that the Workout can be terminated immediately;
 

GENERAL ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You are familiar with and recognize the danger and risk of injury to person and/or property that may result in being at The LiLA Society or participating in The LiLA Society Workouts. Including, but not limited to, injury from slipping and falling, excess fatigue or stress, muscle strain, heat exhaustion, exposure to sickness, or any other unforeseen cause. With full knowledge and understanding of such risks, you agree to participate in The LiLA Society Workouts at your own risk and PERSONALLY ASSUME THE RISK for any harm, injury, or damage that may occur as a result. You hereby fully and forever RELEASE, RELINQUISH, ACQUIT, AND DISCHARGE The LiLA Society as well as any Trainers, Team Members, Owners, Managers, Agents, or fellow Clients (collectively, "Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action and rights (whether known, unknown, contingent, accrued, inchoate, or otherwise) which you may have against The LiLA Society or Released Parties, arising out of, or relating to, The LiLA Society or Released Parties’ passive or active negligence

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participation in The LiLA Society event involves physical activities such as [Pilates/Walking/Yoga/etc.], and I assume all risks associated with such participation. I agree that I am voluntarily participating in the event and that I am physically able to engage in such activities.

Liability Release:
I hereby release and discharge The LiLA Society, its organizers, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from any injury or damage I may suffer while participating in the event. This release is valid regardless of whether the injury or damage is caused by negligence or any other reason.

Photo/Video Release:
I give full permission to The LiLA Society to take photographs and/or video recordings of me during the event. I understand that these images or recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media, newsletters, websites, and other promotional materials.

I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation or royalties from the use of these images or recordings and that all rights to the images belong to The LiLA Society. I also understand that my likeness may be edited, altered, or used in any manner without further consent. If having your photo released poses a threat to your safety, please let the event host know.

Acknowledgment of Understanding:
I have read and fully understand this liability waiver and photo/video release. By registering to the event below, I acknowledge my agreement to these terms voluntarily.
