class from 6:00-7:00AM

resistance bands will be provided!&#x20;

please bring:&#x20;

* your yoga mat (or towel/blanket)
* water!&#x20;
* optional ankle/wrist weights&#x20;

free parking & public restrooms available onsite!&#x20;

I understand that this is an outdoor class, and there may be uneven ground, weather changes, or natural elements. I accept the risks associated with practicing in a natural setting.


In participating, I release Nomad Yoga, its instructors, and affiliates from any claims or liability for injuries or damages arising from my participation.

I grant permission to Nomad Yoga to take photo and video during the event, and to use such media for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
