**join us for a 60 min yoga sculpt class with the beautiful backdrop of grass clippings golf course!**&#x20;

things to know:&#x20;

&#x20;☆ 60 minute body weight / resistance band yoga sculpt class, led by nomad yoga's lead instructor, Abby&#x20;

&#x20;☆ class will begin at 8:30am, please show up early to find the perfect spot for your mat & settle in!

&#x20;☆ please BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) & water!

&#x20;☆ resistance bands will be provided. you're welcome to bring your ankle/wrist weights as well!&#x20;

&#x20;☆ **your ticket includes one drink**, courtesy of Glenrosa - their sonoran-inspired kitchen! mimosas & non alcoholic options available! you do NOT have to be 21 to attend, all ages welcome!&#x20;

(The full restaurant and patio opens at 11am if you'd like to stick around for lunch!)

&#x20;☆  please tip your bartender! they will be taking cash, venmo, and zelle at the bar :)

&#x20;☆  there is free parking in the lot of the golf course, we will be outside, to your right once you walk in!

&#x20;☆ this is an outdoor event so please check the weather and dress accordingly!&#x20;

&#x20;☆ class will be unshaded so please wear sunscreen and hyrdate!

&#x20; ☆ we will send updates if there are any changes due to weather.

Yoga

I understand that yoga involves physical movement and that, as with any physical activity, there is a risk of injury. I affirm that I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk.


I understand that it’s my responsibility to honor my body’s limits. I will modify or skip movements as needed, and I’ll notify the instructor of any injuries or conditions before class begins.


I understand that this is an outdoor class, and there may be uneven ground, weather changes, or natural elements. I accept the risks associated with practicing in a natural setting.


In participating, I release Nomad Yoga, its instructors, and affiliates from any claims or liability for injuries or damages arising from my participation.

I grant permission to Nomad Yoga to take photo and video during the event, and to use such media for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
