This year, Nashville Fit is changing up the traditional Fit Crawl and turning it into something bigger, more playful, and built around bringing Nashville together for a great cause.

On **Saturday, October 31, from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM at E. Rose Park**, Nashville’s fitness and wellness community will come together for a morning that feels part **fall festival, part carnival, part field day and 100% fundraiser** in support of the fight against breast cancer.

And yes — **costumes are highly encouraged.**

Breast cancer has affected far too many families in our community. This event gives Nashville an opportunity to come together and do something about it — while having a whole lot of fun in the process.

So grab your costume. Build your team. Challenge another gym. Bring the kids. Explore the festival. Meet some incredible local businesses.

And help us turn one Saturday morning into something that matters.
