Flowers, roots, and the ingredients in your fridge do more than just look pretty and taste good. Turn them into delicate washes of pink, gold, rust, sage on your own cotton and linen pieces. We'll walk you through the basics of plant-based dyeing and then let you experiment, play, layer, and see where it takes you.

Bring a tee, a linen tote, maybe that white blouse you’ve been meaning to give new life. We’ll have small fabric swatches so you can test colors and techniques before committing.

It's part experiment, part ritual. Standing around pots of warm dye baths, stirring, waiting, chatting, seeing how the colors shift. You’ll leave with something uniquely yours and a better understanding of how to pull beauty from fabrics that need new life infused into them.

NATURAL DYE WORKSHOP
WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in this natural dye workshop (the “Event”) organized by Pink Matter, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that this workshop involves the use of hot liquids, natural dye materials, and various tools, which may carry risks of injury (such as burns, allergic reactions, or staining) or damage to personal property. I choose to participate voluntarily, fully aware of these risks.

2. Personal Responsibility
I agree to handle all materials and equipment with care and to follow any safety instructions provided by the organizers. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to monitor my own health and comfort throughout the workshop.

3. Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Pink Matter, its owners, employees, volunteers, and venue partners from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, loss, or damage resulting from my participation in this Event.

4. Damage to Personal Items
I understand that natural dyes can permanently stain clothing and personal belongings. I accept responsibility for my own items and attire during the workshop.

5. Photo & Video Release 
I grant permission for photographs and video taken at the Event to be used by Pink Matter for marketing and promotional purposes (including social media and website). If I do not wish to be photographed, I will notify the organizer at the start of the Event.
