We’ll focus on grounding the body and regulating the nervous system — because real manifestation doesn’t start in the mind, it starts in how safe and present you feel within yourself. From that place, vision sharpens, intuition speaks louder, and aligned action becomes natural.

Together, we’ll move through somatic grounding practices, gentle nervous system work, reflective journaling, and a closing New Moon intention ritual. You’ll also experience meaningful connection with like-minded women who are intentional, self-aware, and actively creating what’s next in their lives.

We’ll gather at Encinitas Viewpoint Park, nestled on a quiet lawn at the top of the hill, overlooking the ocean — a peaceful, expansive setting that invites reflection, connection, and new beginnings.
