**Tuli Lodge** is a social sauna garden on Pier 62, open November–April. Think beer-garden energy, but with wellness instead of beer.

**Yerbana** is a Seattle-based social enterprise and Division of the CSA focused on *Accessible Wellness for All*. Guided by four pillars—physical, mental, social, and financial accessibility—Yerbana creates inclusive, community-driven gatherings that help people heal, connect, and thrive.

**Chris Wurden** certified breathwork expert (Wim Hof Method, Adv. OA, Buteyko, Language of Breath, & AYP RYS200). Chris guides powerful sessions to harmonize breath, body, and mind - grounding science in practice.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all offerings by Tuli Lodge LLC (“Tuli Lodge”), YERBANA, INC, and Essential Breathworks LLC, including but not limited to events, memberships, sessions, installations, and related activities (“Offerings”). By purchasing, registering for, or participating in any Offering, you agree to these Terms.

1. Participation

Access to Offerings may require advance purchase, registration, or membership.

Ticket transferability varies and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. If not specified, tickets are non-transferable.

Tuli Lodge reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior as determined in Tuli Lodge’s discretion.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions, including participation in physical or social activities, interactions with others, and any consumption of food or beverages.
 

2. Health & Safety

Some Offerings involve physical or environmental risks (e.g., sauna, cold plunge, movement, breathwork dancing, outdoor conditions). Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

If you have medical conditions (including but not limited to cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, epileptic, or pregnancy-related conditions), consult a health professional before participating.

Do not participate if you are under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.

You must follow all posted rules and instructions from Tuli Lodge staff and partners.

You must be at least 14 years of age to participate.  If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must accompany you at all times.

3. Alcohol

Alcohol may be available at certain Offerings. You must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID to consume alcohol. IDs will be checked.

Drink responsibly. Know your own limits. Combining alcohol with sauna, cold plunge, or other physical activity is at your own risk and not advised.

Tuli Lodge reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone for any reason.
 

4. Responsibility

You accept personal responsibility for your participation, choices, and interactions.

Tuli Lodge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

You agree to respect the facilities, staff, and other participants. Damage to property or disruption of the Offering may result in removal and financial responsibility for repair or replacement.


5. Sauna & Community Etiquette

Our spaces are shared. Please help us create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Bring and sit on a towel in sauna areas.

Shower before sauna or plunge use when facilities allow.

Wear appropriate attire (e.g., bathing suit). Nudity is not permitted.

No oils, lotions, or substances that may damage facilities.

Be mindful of noise levels. Respect those seeking quiet.

Phones, cameras, and recording devices are not permitted in sauna or plunge areas unless otherwise stated, or you have explicit permission from your fellow participants.

Stay hydrated and take breaks as needed.

Follow time limits and respect others’ reserved slots.

Cold plunge is optional — enter and exit with care and be mindful of others waiting.

Failure to follow etiquette or staff guidance may result in removal from the premises without refund.

6. Photography & Media

By attending, you acknowledge that photography, video, and audio recording may occur. Tuli Lodge may use such media for marketing, press, or promotional purposes without additional approval, notice, or compensation.

7. Changes & Cancellations

Tuli Lodge reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any Offering due to weather, venue conditions, safety, staffing, or other circumstances.

Refunds or credits will be handled at Tuli Lodge’s discretion, and may vary based on membership type, class pack, or single-session purchase.

If an Offering is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Participants may request a refund or credit if unable to attend.

For weather-related or operational adjustments (such as moving indoors, shortening sessions, or adjusting programming), credits or refunds are not guaranteed.

Slots for specific sessions are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.


8. Agreement

By purchasing, registering, entering a venue, or otherwise participating in any Tuli Lodge Offering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
