NEW YEAR’S PARTY WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Event Date: December 31, 2025 – January 1, 2026
Location: Cabana Club 

1. Age Verification (Mandatory)
By signing this waiver, I confirm that:
I am 21 years of age or older,
I will present a valid government-issued ID at check-in, and
I understand that anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from attending this event.
I acknowledge that providing false information about my age may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that this event may involve loud music, dancing, alcohol consumption, crowds, and other activities. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur, including but not limited to:
Injury to myself or others
Loss or damage to personal property
Illness or adverse reaction
Accidents related to alcohol use
Slips, falls, or accidents in or around the venue
I acknowledge that I am participating at my own risk.

3. Release of Liability
In consideration for being allowed entry to the event, I release and hold harmless [Your Brand], event organizers, staff, volunteers, partners, venue operators, and all affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
This includes any claims relating to injury, property loss, illness, or incidents involving alcohol.

4. Alcohol Responsibility
I agree to drink responsibly and acknowledge that:
Over-intoxication may result in removal from the event.
I am solely responsible for my alcohol consumption and behavior.
I will not operate a vehicle under the influence after the event.

5. Conduct Expectations
I agree to:
Treat all guests, staff, and venue property with respect.
Follow all instructions from event staff and security.
Avoid any behavior that may cause harm, disruption, or risk to myself or others.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

6. Media / Photography Release
I understand that photo and video content will be captured at the event. I grant [Your Brand] permission to use any images or footage of me for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes, without compensation.
If I prefer not to be photographed, I will inform the check-in staff at arrival.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
I acknowledge that all ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the organizers.

8. Health + Safety Acknowledgment
I confirm that:
I am physically able to participate in the event activities.
I am not experiencing any contagious symptoms.
I will follow any health or safety protocols required by the venue or host.
