EVENT WAIVER, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This document outlines the terms and conditions, liability waiver, and privacy policy applicable to all individuals attending or participating in Next Mouv (“Event”), hosted by Mouv Ventures LLC (“Host”), taking place on August 31, 2025 at Hide Bar Rooftop. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, you (“Attendee”) agree to the terms set forth below.

1. TICKET AGREEMENT
Tickets purchased for the Event are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for the designated date(s) and time(s). Admission is subject to capacity and the rules of the Host and venue. Resale of tickets without written authorization is prohibited. Host reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee at its sole discretion for any reason including but not limited to violation of Event policies or inappropriate behavior.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Attendee acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks related to participation in the Event, including but not limited to physical injury, illness (including exposure to communicable diseases), property damage, or theft. Attendee agrees that their participation is entirely voluntary, and they assume all such risks, known and unknown.

3. WAIVER OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attendee hereby waives, releases, and discharges Host, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, sponsors, affiliates, and venue operators from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or demands arising out of or related to participation in the Event, including without limitation, claims for personal injury, illness, property damage, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. INDEMNIFICATION
Attendee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Host and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of Attendee’s conduct at or in connection with the Event, including any violation of this Agreement or applicable laws.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward all participants, staff, vendors, and property. Harassment, violence, discrimination, or disorderly conduct of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund and possible legal action.

6. MEDICAL TREATMENT
Attendee authorizes the Host to provide basic first aid and, if necessary, secure emergency medical care in case of injury or illness during the Event. Attendee assumes full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.

7. IMAGE RELEASE
Attendee grants Host and its affiliates the right to photograph, videotape, and otherwise capture their likeness and voice at the Event, and to use such media in perpetuity for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes without compensation or further approval.

8. PRIVACY POLICY
Host collects certain personal information such as name, email, and payment details for purposes of event registration, communication, and compliance. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or necessary for Event logistics. Attendee may request deletion of their data after the Event by contacting [Insert Email or Contact Form Link].

9. FORCE MAJEURE
Host shall not be liable for failure to perform or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, labor strikes, or acts of terrorism. In such cases, Host may reschedule or cancel the Event at its sole discretion.

10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Insert County/City/State].

11. ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, Attendee affirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the Liability Waiver and Privacy Policy.
