We’re teaming up with Nike Strength Studio to bring you a night built for athletes of all levels. First up: a Shoulder Performance Lab  led by expert coaches to help you move smarter and stronger. After that, stick around for free injury screenings with the AOK PT crew.

After, get a quick, personalized free injury screen with a licensed physical therapist to spot imbalances, work through any nagging issues, or just get ahead of future injuries. Think of it as a tune-up for your body—so you can keep training hard, pain-free.
