AthletEX is partnering with **FIDI** Club Athletic for our next 3-month Captain's Practice block in NYC! Join us for Team Lift, a biweekly strength and conditioning session built for former college and pro athletes who want consistent training and a team to show up for.



Each session runs about 45 minutes to an hour, led by the Club Athletic coaching team, followed by social time to connect with the group after you train. As an AthletEX member, you'll also get partner discounts on Club Athletic memberships, access to strength and conditioning coaching, and a team that shows up every single session.



**THE GAMEPLAN:**
🏋️ 45-60 minute strength and conditioning session led by the Club Athletic coaching team
🤝 Social time after the lift to connect with the group
🔁 Train alongside the same group of former athletes, building real consistency

❎ First access to an exclusive AthletEX Squad for additional training Tuesday and Thursday 7am - starting in September
