AthletEX is starting more consistent programming! We're kicking off a 3-month training block built around Run Club, and we're excited to be partnering with [The Protein Shop ](https://proteinshopnyc.com/)in NYC for it.



Not only will we start our runs there, we'll end there too, so you can hang, refuel, and grab post-run smoothies and food. The Protein Shop is hooking us up with our own AthletEX-exclusive smoothie plus discounts for the community.



Everyone, every pace, is welcome. **Choose a 1-mile walk or a 3-mile run, whatever works for you.**



Our August 19th session is with Amazfit, a smartwatch and fitness tech brand, who'll be on-site for a product demo/trial during the run, come try out their gear while you move.



**THE GAMEPLAN:**
🚶 1-mile walk or 3-mile run option, all paces welcome
⌚ Aug 19 only: Amazfit product demo/trial during the run
🥤 AthletEX-exclusive signature smoothie after the run
🤝 Time to hang, refuel, and connect with the group post-run
