1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in soccer and related physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Sprains, strains, fractures, or other injuries

Contact with other players or objects

Weather conditions and field hazards

Heat-related illness or exhaustion

I understand and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks, whether known or unknown, arising from my participation in the activity.

2. Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in this soccer activity, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the organizers, volunteers, field owners, sponsors, and all affiliated individuals or entities from any and all liability for injury, death, property damage, or other loss arising from or related to my participation.

This release applies to all claims of negligence, whether active or passive.

3. Health & Fitness Certification
I certify that I am physically fit, in good health, and capable of participating in strenuous physical activity. I am not aware of any medical condition that would make my participation unsafe.

4. Conduct and Sportsmanship
I agree to:

Play responsibly and with respect for others.

Follow the informal or posted rules of the game.

Avoid aggressive or reckless behavior that may endanger others.

5. Medical Treatment
I authorize basic first aid to be administered if needed and understand that no medical staff may be on site. I understand that any medical costs incurred are my responsibility.

6. Media Release (Optional)
I grant permission for photos or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional or social media purposes. 

7. Governing Law
This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas and any disputes shall be resolved in Austin, TX

6PM - kick off and we play 5v5 for 4 minutes or 2 goals - rotate teams, connect one pass at a time & turn strangers into friends! Includes complimentary & donation based food & drinks! Stay for the social (Live DJ sets, brand activations & a whole vibe)
