By attending Drake After Dark Vol. II Pilates Edition, hosted at The Canopy Tempe, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in Pilates, fitness classes, and wellness events involves physical activity and may carry risk of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, falls, illness, or other physical complications. I certify that I am physically able to participate and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

I release and hold harmless MANA Method, Ashley Adams, event staff, instructors, DJs, sponsors, collaborators, SweatPals, and The Canopy Tempe from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in this event.

I understand this is a BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) event and I am responsible for my own personal belongings and equipment.

By attending this event, I also grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional, marketing, social media, and content purposes without compensation.

I acknowledge that all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the host.

By registering for and/or attending this event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver and release of liability.
