Grab your friends and join us for an OHM Fitness workout, light bites and making fall flower bouquets with Rowdy Poppy’s Flower Hour! Rowdy Poppy is a micro farm based in Denver and will help everyone make beautiful bouquets

OHM Fitness is an EMS (electro muscle stimulation) studio that helps you get results 3x faster by wearing our emPower suit to fuel your workout. This low impact, yet challenging workout helps you work deeper into your muscles as you do a series of strength training and cardio exercises. In just 25 minutes, it's like you were in the gym for 2.5 to 3 hours!

Tickets are $35 each, covering your workout and flower arrangement.

There will be light bites and Hooch Booch too! Hooch Booch is a local, female founded company that serves up nonalcoholic drinks and hard kombucha, providing you with a better-for-you buzz.

We're excited to work out with you, get creative with flowers, and unwind with some Hooch Booch :)
