OLA Legal Disclosure and Liability Waiver

By registering for and participating in events organized by OLA Beach Tennis, LLC ("OLA"), you hereby agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and accept that participation in beach tennis activities involves inherent risks, including physical injury and property loss.

2. Release of Liability: You release and discharge OLA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including theft, incurred during participation in OLA events.

3. Medical Treatment Consent: You consent to receive necessary medical treatment in the event of injury or illness and agree to be
responsible for any associated costs.

4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OLA from any and all claims, actions, damages, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from your participation in the event.

5. Compliance: You agree to abide by all event rules and instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund. 

6. Media Rights: By participating in our events or being present at our locations, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. These images and recordings may be used by us for promotional, marketing, or other business purposes without compensation or further notice.
