To celebrate ***International Yoga Month***, join us for a powerful Yoga Sculpt class to start your morning, ease into a restorative sound bath and yoga class and then hit the sand for energizing beach tennis, bringing movement, mindfulness, and community together.

OLA Legal Disclosure and Media Release Waiver

By registering for and participating in events organized by OLA Beach Tennis, LLC ("OLA"), you hereby agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and accept that participation in beach tennis activities involves inherent risks, including physical injury and property loss.

Release of Liability: You release and discharge OLA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including theft, incurred during participation in OLA events.

Medical Treatment Consent: You consent to receive necessary medical treatment in the event of injury or illness and agree to be responsible for any associated costs.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OLA from any and all claims, actions, damages, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from your participation in the event.

Compliance: You agree to abide by all event rules and instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

Media Release: You grant OLA the right to photograph, film, or otherwise capture your image and likeness during events and to use such media for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes across all platforms, without compensation. By signing this waiver, you consent to the use of your image and waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Legal Disclosure and Liability Waiver.
