Join us at Alice Wainwright Park for an afternoon of yoga, reggae, connection & community by the ocean.



We’ll move through a slow, intentional all-levels flow focused on alignment, breath, and sensation. Exploring yoga not just as movement, but as union and connection.

We’ll close with meditation, sound bowls, and a moment of reflection before hanging out together by the beach. Stay for coconut water, photos, conversation, or a dip in the ocean. ☀️
