ACE’s WELLNESS EVENTS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in a fitness/wellness event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical exertion, falls, contact with other participants, and unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation inside and outside the facility hosting the event.
Health and Fitness Certification: I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in this event. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician if I have any concerns about my health before participating.
Release and Waiver of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to participate in the event, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Authentic Curated Experiences (ACE’s), its affiliates, sponsors, volunteers, and any other related parties from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation in the event, including those caused by negligence.
Medical Treatment Authorization: I authorize event organizers and medical personnel to provide or seek medical treatment on my behalf in the event of an emergency. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result.
Photography and Media Release: I grant permission to the event organizers to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional, advertising, or other business-related purposes without compensation.
Compliance with Rules: I agree to comply with all event rules, safety instructions, and directions given by event staff and officials.
Binding Agreement: I understand that this waiver is legally binding and that by signing it, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to initiate legal action. I have read and fully understand this waiver before signing it.
