Waiver and Release of Liability
Open Beach Tennis – I Do Beach Tennis LLC | City of Riviera Beach

By registering for and/or participating in any Open Play Beach Tennis activities organized by I Do Beach Tennis LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
	1.	Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in beach tennis involves physical activity and may carry risks of injury. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may occur as a result of my participation.
	2.	Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless I Do Beach Tennis LLC, its owners, organizers, employees, volunteers, and partners—including the City of Riviera Beach—from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained during my participation in any related activities.
	3.	Medical Care
I understand that no medical personnel will be provided at the event, and I am solely responsible for my own health and safety.
	4.	Equipment & Environment
I agree to bring my own protective gear (such as sand socks, water, and shade) and acknowledge that the environment (hot sand, weather, etc.) may present challenges. I accept responsibility for managing these conditions safely.
	5.	Photo/Video Consent
I grant permission for I Do Beach Tennis LLC to use any photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
	6.	Binding Agreement
I have read this waiver in full, understand its contents, and agree to its terms knowingly and voluntarily.

By completing my registration, I confirm that I accept this waiver and release of liability.
