June 12th is Global Wellness Day — and CALMA is celebrating by opening our space to the public for one evening. Come see what it feels like to be a member.
CALMA is a luxury wellness lounge and founders club built for entrepreneurs, creators, and high performers who care about how they feel while they build. We bring community, business, and wellness into one intentional space — and on June 12th, you get a front-row look at all of it.

EVENT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By registering for this event, I voluntarily agree to the following terms:
1. Assumption of Risk — Sauna & Cold Plunge
I understand that participating in sauna therapy and/or cold plunge therapy carries inherent risks,
including but not limited to overheating, dehydration, dizziness, cardiovascular stress, cold shock,
hypothermia, and in extreme cases, serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks and
confirm I am physically capable of participating. I agree to exit immediately if I feel unwell.
2. Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless CALMA Wellness Lounge LLC, its owners, staff, and event
partners from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from my participation in this event,
including those resulting from negligence. I acknowledge that CALMA Wellness Lounge LLC does not
provide medical advice and I have been advised to consult a physician before participating.
3. Third-Party Services (IV Therapy, Massage & Others)
Certain services at this event — including but not limited to IV therapy and massage — may be
provided by independent third-party vendors. These vendors are not employees or agents of CALMA
Wellness Lounge LLC. CALMA Wellness Lounge LLC is not responsible for any injury, reaction,
or damages arising from third-party services. I understand I may be required to sign a separate
waiver directly with those providers before receiving their services.
4. Rules & Conduct
I agree to follow all safety instructions and staff guidance at the event. I will not participate if I have
open wounds, am sick, or have a condition for which heat or cold exposure is unsafe. 
This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any provision is found invalid, all
remaining provisions remain in full effect.
