Please bring:

• Sunscreen
• Yoga mat
• Grip socks recommended
• Towel and change of clothes for cold plunges


We will have 100 yoga mats available on-site. With hundreds of people joining us, mats will be available first come, first served.


We highly recommend bringing your own mat OR securing one as soon as you arrive if you plan to participate in Pilates.
