By participating in this One Source yoga gathering at Barton Springs, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that this is a community-led wellness experience that may include yoga, movement, breathwork, and time spent outdoors. I recognize that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, muscle strain, slips, falls, or other unforeseen risks associated with outdoor environments.

I affirm that I am physically able to participate and choose to do so voluntarily. I agree to listen to my body, move within my own limits, and take full responsibility for my well-being during the experience.

I understand that Barton Springs and surrounding areas are public spaces, and One Source and its hosts are not responsible for the conditions of the environment, including terrain, weather, water conditions, or the actions of other individuals in the area.

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge One Source, its founders, hosts, collaborators, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in this gathering.

I grant permission for photos and videos to be taken during the event and used for One Source content, social media, and promotional purposes. If I prefer not to be included, I will notify the host in advance.

I understand that this is a substance-free, respectful, and intentional space. I agree to show respect to others, the environment, and the spirit of the gathering.

By attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
