This **EARTH DAY**, step outside and into something more intentional. **Join The Gather** at Zilker for a mega community picnic with good people and conversations that stick, all while enjoying mother nature in all her glory.

Whether you’re new to Austin, a seasoned native, or on the hunt for good company, connection, and conversation… this is your place.&#x20;

**Your ticket includes:**

* Placement into a curated picnic crew based on your responses (not required, but encouraged - freewill!)
* Tunes throughout the evening
* Light bites + goodies from local vendors
* Access to all picnic activities + games
* Entry into our Earth Day raffle (including pickleball open play + rooftop reservations at Cap City Pickleball)

**What to bring:**

* A blanket (the bigger, the better)
* Snacks if you’d like
* An open mind

**How it works:**

* Answer 2-3 quick questions from the questionnaire when you sign up
* We’ll place you into a curated picnic crew based on your responses (~~awkward mingling~~ - jump straight into the kind of conversations that stick.)

**Coming with friends?** (that’s fine too)
Select a **Group Ticket** to keep your crew together, and we’ll still place you in the midst of the gathering so you can meet others too.

By attending The Gather: Earth Day Picnic at Zilker Park, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Participation at Your Own Risk: I understand that participation in this event, including outdoor activities, games, and walking around the park, involves inherent risks. I am voluntarily participating and assume all risks associated with attending.

2. Personal Property: I am responsible for my own belongings. OS: The Gather and its organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

3. Health & Safety: I am in good health and capable of participating in this event. I agree to follow any rules or safety guidelines provided by the event organizers.

4. Injury & Accident: I release OS: The Gather, its staff, volunteers, and partners from any liability for injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies that may occur during the event. I understand that event organizers do not provide medical services and I am responsible for my own medical care.

5. Photography & Media: I grant OS: The Gather permission to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes.

6. Pets & Children: If bringing pets or children, I acknowledge that I am responsible for their supervision and any risks associated with their participation.
