### Event Details

**Meeting time:** 9:00 AM at NYC departure point
**Departure:** 9:30 AM from NYC
**Arrival:** \~11:15 AM at Bearpen
**Olympics events run:** 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM
**Return to NYC:** Approx. 4:30 PM
