🏃‍♀️ 8:30 AM — 3 mile run

🧘‍♀️ 45-min Pilates — right after

🌊 LAKE PLUNGE — to cool it all down

🎧 LIVE HOUSE DJ bringing the vibes all morning



And did we mention… IT’S COMPLETELY FREE?! 🤭



Come move your body, meet new friends, dance to some house music, jump in the lake, and start your Labor Day on the BEST note before the rest of the festivities begin. 🫶🏼☀️
