We’ll meet between **11:00–11:10AM** for a relaxed **FREE group walk!** Your time to mingle, connect, and get to know each other before movement begins.
**Come for the walk, stay for the intro.**

From **12:00–2:00 PM**, we’ll dive into an **Intro to Pickleball** led by **Terri from Pickleball Fans Only**, where you’ll learn the basics, play, and have fun in a supportive, women-only environment. No experience needed!


If you’re unsure or simply want to get a feel for it, you’re more than welcome to join us for the walk and stay to watch the intro, sometimes showing up is the hardest part, and this is a great way to ease in.

Tickets are required for the pickleball portion and are highly encouraged to secure ahead of time.

Rose Girl Social – SweatPals Activity Waiver & Release of Liability

IMPORTANT NOTICE - Please read this agreement carefully. By participating, you waive certain legal rights.
This event is 18+ only. No minors are permitted.
This agreement is governed by Florida law, and any disputes must be brought in Orange County, Florida.

1. Activities Covered
This waiver applies to participation in Rose Girl Social activities organized and promoted through SweatPals, including but not limited to:
Group walking and running activities on paved and unpaved park paths
Introductory pickleball instruction and open play
Light warm-ups, stretching, and social movement activities
Social interaction before, during, and after activities
No cold plunges, medical treatments, injections, or recovery therapies are offered or included.

2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in walking, running, and pickleball involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Slips, trips, and falls
Muscle strains, sprains, joint injuries, or overexertion
Collisions with people, equipment, or surrounding objects
Exposure to weather conditions (heat, sun, rain, humidity)
Uneven terrain, pavement, or outdoor park conditions
Potential exposure to communicable illnesses
I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation, even if arising from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties (defined below).

3. Health & Fitness Acknowledgment
I confirm that:
I am 18 years of age or older
I am physically and mentally capable of participating
I have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe
I am responsible for monitoring my own limits and stopping if I feel discomfort or distress
I understand that Rose Girl Social does not provide medical screening, diagnosis, or supervision, and participation is entirely voluntary.

4. Waiver & Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby waive, release, and discharge:
Rose Girl Social, its organizers, hosts, volunteers, instructors, partners, venue owners, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”)
from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation or attendance, including claims resulting from ordinary negligence.
This waiver does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct, which cannot be waived under Florida law.

5. Park, Venue & Public Space Disclaimer
I understand that activities may take place in public parks or shared recreational spaces. Rose Girl Social does not control park conditions, other park users, or environmental factors.
I assume all risks related to:
Shared public use
Surface conditions
Wildlife or insects
Limited supervision or barriers

6. Emergency Medical Consent
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Rose Girl Social representatives to seek emergency medical assistance on my behalf if necessary. I understand I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

8. Photo & Media Release
I grant Rose Girl Social the right to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture my image during the event and to use such media for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

9. Governing Law & Venue
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Orange County, Florida courts.

10. Acknowledgment
By registering or participating, I confirm that:
I have read and understood this waiver
I voluntarily agree to its terms
I understand I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue

Participant Acknowledgment - Participation in this event constitutes acceptance of this waiver.
