By registering for and attending the DSPLN x Padel Hwy event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that participation in fitness activities, including but not limited to padel play, HIIT/bootcamp workouts, and recovery activities, involves inherent risks such as injury, illness, physical strain, slips, falls, or collisions with other participants. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in this event. I agree to participate at my own pace and take full responsibility for my health and well-being.
I acknowledge that padel is a racket sport involving fast-paced movement, use of equipment, and shared court play, which may increase the risk of injury. I accept full responsibility for my participation in padel activities during the event.
I hereby release and discharge Power by DSPLN, Padel Hwy, event organizers, staff, partners, sponsors, and vendors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during or as a result of my participation.
I consent to receive basic first aid if needed during the event.
I grant permission to Power by DSPLN and its partners to capture and use photos and videos taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
I understand that this event may include third-party vendors and experiences (e.g., food, beverages, recovery services), and I assume any risks associated with engaging with them.
By registering, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
