I understand that participation in yoga classes, fitness sessions, workshops, and events hosted by Paixelle Club involves physical movement and may carry a risk of injury. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.
I affirm that I am physically able to participate in Pilates and fitness activities and that I have no medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that would prevent me from safely taking part, or that I have disclosed any such conditions to the instructor prior to class. I understand that it is my responsibility to listen to my body, modify movements as needed, and stop participation if I experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or injury.
I acknowledge that Paixelle Club and its instructors are not medical professionals and that no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment is provided.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Paixelle Club, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, partners, and event venues from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to my participation, including personal injury, property damage, or loss, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I grant permission for emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary and agree to assume all associated costs.
I grant permission for photographs or video taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes unless I notify Paixelle Club in writing prior to the event.
