By attending this event, you understand and accept that certain elements — including facial steaming, red light therapy, vibration equipment, and wellness beverages — may involve inherent risks such as skin sensitivity, allergic reactions, dizziness, discomfort, or other unexpected reactions.

Participants release Sip & Shine, its organizers, collaborators, instructors, and partners from any liability for injuries, reactions, damages, or losses that may occur before, during, or after the event.

You acknowledge that:

You do not have any known medical or skin condition that would make participation unsafe.

You do not have severe skin sensitivities, active infections, open wounds, or conditions that could be aggravated by heat, light therapy, or skincare products.

You are not currently experiencing dizziness, fainting spells, or uncontrolled medical conditions.

You will inform staff of any allergies or sensitivities prior to participation.

You understand that wellness drinks and smoothies contain nutritional ingredients and it is your responsibility to disclose any dietary restrictions or allergies.

If at any time you feel discomfort, irritation, dizziness, nausea, or any unusual reaction, you agree to immediately stop participation and notify a staff member.

Photography & Media Release
Participants agree that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and social media purposes by Sip & Shine.
