Join us for an intentional evening dedicated for men to silencing the noise and reclaiming your focus. This two-part experience is designed to help high-performing men move past mental blocks and lean into a state of clarity, energy, and genuine connection.

Part I: The Mindset Shift | 60 Minutes
Led by Dre of Hom Body Club | We begin by deconstructing the inner critic. Building on the success of our previous sessions, Dre will guide you through a deep dive into identifying "scarcity" patterns and replacing them with a growth-oriented framework. This hour includes structured journaling to deconstruct mental blocks and concludes with an 8–10 minute guided meditation to ground your progress.

Part II: The Physical Release | 45 Minutes
Yoga & Stretching | This is not just a workout - it’s a "work-in." Through a slow-flow combination of Yin yoga and deep stretching, we translate mental clarity into physical presence. This session focuses on releasing tension and maintaining the mindfulness achieved in the first hour, ensuring you leave feeling both energized and at peace.

Followed By: Healthy Snacks (we promised we will feed the guys!) goodies, Chiro Adjustments, and community connections!
