Acknowledgment of Activities

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Luxe Era wellness event, which may include, but is not limited to:

Yoga session led by Clara
Interaction with adoptable puppies provided by Vegas Roots Rescue
Permanent jewelry services by Luxe Linx
Gua sha facials
Massage therapy
B12 injections
Tarot readings
Dainty tattoo services
Body piercing services
Food and beverage consumption
Wellness vendors and beauty activations throughout the event

I understand that participation in these activities involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, minor injury, allergic reactions, skin irritation, infection, adverse reactions to injections, and/or interaction with animals. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, property damage, or personal injury that may occur as a result of participating in this event.

Release of Liability

In consideration for being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Luxe Era, Luxe Linx LLC, Collective Studios, Rugged Fitness, Clara (yoga instructor), Vegas Roots Rescue, all vendors, sponsors, staff, volunteers, and affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, illness, allergic reaction, or damage that may occur during or as a result of my participation in the event.

Health & Safety

I certify that I am physically fit to participate in yoga and any other activities offered. I understand that I am responsible for consulting with a medical professional prior to participating if I have any concerns.

I acknowledge that B12 injections, tattoos, piercings, and any other wellness or beauty services are optional and I assume all risks associated with participation. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by event staff, instructors, and vendors.

If I experience discomfort or feel unsafe at any time, I will immediately stop participation and notify event staff.

Photography & Media Release

I grant permission to Luxe Era, Luxe Linx, and event partners to photograph, film, or record me during the event and to use such materials for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

I have carefully read and fully understand this waiver and release. I voluntarily agree to its terms and acknowledge that by signing below, I am giving up certain legal rights.

Paws & Pause

Includes full event entry & access to all scheduled activities, vendors, and experiences. This ticket grants entry to the event.

Support a great cause! 100% of your donation goes to Vegas Roots Rescue, our partnered nonprofit dog rescue. You can choose your donation amount, and you don’t need to attend the event to give. 💛 This add-on does not include event entry.
