Do you want more inner peace in your everyday life? Do you wanna practice mindfulness consistently w/a small group of new people in a pirate meditation den?! We’re gonna do all that!



Come hang out at Peace Out's pirate meditation studio! I'm leading a pirate themed, 6-week mindfulness bootcamp every Tuesday night starting July 7 - each week we’ll meet and do a different themed activity, with a mix of meditation, yoga, mindful eating, improving motivation/energy, visualization/manifestation and small group games.&#x20;



And stay in touch with a groupchat and optional challenges in between :) By the end of the bootcamp, you'll have experimented with a variety of eccentric mindfulness techniques & create a consistent mindfulness practice for yourself!&#x20;



Located in Union Square Somerville \[about a 12 min walk from the Green Line's Union Square station]. Address will be sent the day before to guests.&#x20;
