Please read carefully before signing.

I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the following terms as a condition of my participation in any and all activities, events, and classes organized by Peach Pump Fit LLC.

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in any fitness class or physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, falls, muscle strain, and soreness. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in these activities. 

Release of Liability: I hereby release Danielle McInerney, Peach Pump LLC, the establishment (CoFitness), and any affiliated parties from any and all liability for any injuries or damages that may arise from my participation in the class.

Photography and Media Release: I grant permission to Peach Pump LLC to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during Peach Pump classes and/or events for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials. 

I acknowledge that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from participating in the class. I have consulted with my physician and have been cleared to engage in physical activity.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge by signing this waiver, I agree to the terms and conditions stated above and give up the right to sue. I sign this waiver freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
